Today’s gorgeous dried flower and pampas grass wedding inspiration is a contemporary update on the 1990’s trend when pale colors and androgynous tailoring highlighted the classic beauty of simplicity. Nude colors, simple shapes, natural materials, dried flowers, grasses, and leaves are given life in a minimalist, neutral wedding palette. Set at The Aquila Ocean Front Private Villa Phuket, all this wedding magic is complete with contemporary beauty and breath-taking views.
Stylist and Planner Ilaire, of Wedding Boutique Phuket , and Fine Art Film Photographer, Sheri McMahon Photography , teamed up with a host of talented wedding vendors such as I Am Flower and ACQUA Restaurant Phuket , to create something new, sophisticated and memorable. It’s modern elegance at it’s finest!
Dried Flowers + Pampas Grass Wedding Ideas
The team created an asymmetric “dried but not forgotten” altar using ivory roses, Phalaenopsis orchids, pampas grass and dried palm leaves that were slightly brass painted. It’s absolutely STUNNING. A gorgeous mix of modern décor, vintage tableware and layered fabrics with hints of gold and brass created a sophisticated table-scape overlooking the ocean.
Many details were meticulously crafted including the beautiful handwritten calligraphy invitation suite and delicate ribbons. The gold chameleon chairs were a standout accompaniment to the minimalist nude palette.
It’s fair to say we’re OBSESSED!
