Whimsical Boho Forest Engagement Shoot ♥
Okay, so it’s official: I am totally obsessed with Louise Vorster’s photography! We’ve featured Louise’s dreamy work before, and each time it is such a treat. That’s why there should be no surprises when I tell you just how happy I am to share Marli and Pierre’s STUNNING engagement photographs with you.
Their shoot combines so many of my favourite things – a gorge forest location, perfect golden light, a totally stunning, obviously in-love couple, a sentimental story, a beautiful flower crown with styling that is a little bit boho-chic, a little bit rustic AND it’s captured by Louise Vorster. Excuse me while I break out into my wedding blogger happy dance!
Lovely Marli shares her inspiration for the love shoot: “I saw a styled garden engagement session online and I absolutely loved it. Louise is such an amazing women and found the perfect location for us!”
Whimsical Boho Forest Engagement Shoot
Love Story: Pierre and I met three years ago through mutual friends. Our first date played out at my house in my garden as a quick lunch picnic on a Sunday afternoon, and from that day I knew that he was the man that I was going to spend the rest of my life with. It was not love at first sight but rather love at second sight! The garden played a big role in our journey and is also the place where he proposed to me with A Thousand Years by Christina Peri creating a romantic, whimsical atmosphere! Long story short, after a ton of tears he popped the question. I was waiting for that moment for such a long time and it felt so surreal!
