Relaxed, Rustic Garden Wedding ♥

Today’s rustic garden picnic wedding was styled by Confetti Daydreams Wedding Blog at the picturesque wedding venue, Nooitgedacht Estate, in Stellenbosch. It’s another collaboration between myself, the insanely talented photographer, Nikki Meyer, and the awesome bunch of vendors that brought you this whimsical peach and silver grey garden wedding inspiration session.

The idea was to create an intimate, garden picnic wedding environment blending organic textures of birch vases, slabs of wood and rustic pallets with subtle candle light, delicate mercury votives, and single stemmed blooms in an array of glass bottles. That Little Shop styled hessian wrapped cutlery and runners, which added to the casual charm of the stacked pallets used as picnic tables, set off with a variety of delightful, rustic table details. The mercury votives and birch wrapped vases from Uber Chic added just the right amount of rustic charm to the scene.

Our brides wore a selection of three delicate wedding gowns from Robyn Roberts that had a mix of illusion necklines, lace detailing and soft, tulle skirts. El Le Fleur’s Elmarie Bredell once again brought our vision to life. Working with peach tulips, blushing brides, queen annes lace, cream roses and blush carnations, Elmarie perfectly placed each beautiful bloom. Elmarie created a gorgeous cascading bouquet of greens and leaves, a delicate floral wreath of ivy and seed pods, plus fabulous, rustic bouquets of queen annes lace and mums.

Hair and make-up artist, Erane Hobbs, once again styled our ladies’ locks to perfection – I am OBSESSED with blonde Kayleigh’s fishtail braid and love brunette Elbie’s soft and natural styling for this intimate garden wedding!
