For engaged couple, Roslyn and Andrew, an unusual setting in which a romantic afternoon could be enjoyed was what they longed for. Based in Australia, they passed up a city setting for the natural forest and riverside surroundings, just outside of Sydney. Hilary Cam Photography was there to capture their “about to get” married glow.

Although shoots such as these are styled and planned in advance, Roslyn and Andrew looked effortlessly stylish in an understated way.

Her lace mini dress, nude heels and minimal jewellery works so well to create a barely-there look. Short wedding dresses are making such a statement right now as they’re ideal attire for celebrating in, especially in the outdoors and during warmer seasons. Roslyn carried a large blossoming bouquet of white or cream roses that looked as alive and fresh as their forest surroundings.

The couple made a stop at a whimsical table scene, which was set up with a floral and succulent arrangement, before heading off for a romantic river sail in a cute little row boat.
